SerCom to Open New Location in Poland

SerCom Solutions today announced the opening of a new facility in Lodz , Poland . The new facility will open in December, 2008. The facility will be capable of delivering all of SerCom Solutions extensive range of supply chain activities.
The new operation in Lodz , will provide sourcing, procurement, warehousing, hubbing and assembly capabilities to SerCom Solution’s European based customers.
During the announcement today, Kevin Henry, CEO SerCom Solutions stated that “There is growing demand for our services in Central Europe . SerCom Solutions in Lodz will deliver a lower cost base. At the same time Lodz will provide the same high level of quality, skill sets and expertise that are available from all SerCom Solution’s worldwide locations. Lodz will utilise our centralised supply chain skills and run on our fully integrated SAP system”.
SerCom Solutions has been present in Poland since 2004 with a highly successful and ongoing partnership with FM Logistic with whom we offer extensive procurement services.
