SerCom Solutions Expands Production Capability in Poland

SerCom Solutions significantly expanded its assembly capacity operations in Lodz during 2009, with the addition of a new high volume assembly line. The new line provided an incremental daily capacity of 20,000 units and at that time significantly increased our ability to service the growing needs of our current customer base in the region.
The increased capacity proved to be very successful in growing the level of assembly operations, so much so that we have had to added a second high volume assembly line, increasing further our daily assembly capacity by a further 20,000 units.
The new line features high speed automatic component collation, finished product shrink-wrap, in-line weigh verification as an additional quality assurance measure and finished product ID scan to produce carton labeling.
We see this increase in our capability and capacity in Lodz as a very positive move and a natural progression in servicing the growing requirements of our customer base in the region and our commitment to the provision of SerCom’s full range of solutions in Central Europe.
Right now we are servicing several existing and new customers from Lodz and Mzcnzonow providing sourcing, procurement, product assembly as well as production configuration and test.
