Kevin Henry - Chief Executive Officer
Joined SerCom Solutions in 1986. Qualifications include B.Comm (Hons) and F.C.A. Kevin, a chartered accountant, was initially Finance Director for the Group and was involved in obtaining a PLC listing for the company. Kevin is a member of the Governing Body of ICT Ireland.



Susan Dalton - Finance Director
Susan joined the company as Group Financial Controller in November 2000. She is based at the company’s headquarters in Clondalkin, Co. Dublin. A native of Ontario, Canada, Susan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. She then practiced with Ernst & Young Canada for 9 years, serving manufacturing and service industry clients. Susan holds a degree in Science from the University of Toronto, a Business degree from the University of Windsor and a MBA from Trinity College, Dublin.



Paul O'Halloran - Managing Director Limerick
Joined as IT Director in March 2000. Paul, qualified with a BSc. in Computer Science and was the first IT person at Director level in SerCom Solutions. He also holds an MBA from Dublin City University and has over 15 years experience within the Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and IT industries. His previous experience includes Digital, IBM/Lotus and The Australian Stock Exchange.



Rose McCarthy - Supply Chain Director
Joined SerCom, September, 2000. Rose, who has an MBA from Trinity College, has 12 years experience in SCM with US Multinationals. She was previously SCM with Dell Limerick, with responsibility for significant spend, her prior experience was gained with Apple Cork and Apple Cupertino. She was one of the pioneers of the tier one vendor point of use initiative for Dell.



Padraig Henry - IT Director
Padraig has been with SerCom since 1999. His career started in 1991 when he worked with McKeowns software and later in the Aer Lingus IT Dept. before joining EDS (Electronic Data Systems) in late ’94 where he spent almost six years. EDS are a big five consultancy player and it is at this point in his career that Padraig emerged as a skilled leader with a track record of successful project delivery. Padraig initially worked with SerCom Solutions as Group IT Manager, bring mySAP ERP to the business and architecting our business integration platform which is webMethods. He has been a central figure in major account implementations over a 9 year period. Padraig is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology (BSc Hons Computing), also a graduate the Irish Project Management Institute and completed his MBA in 2007.



Kevin J. Vaughan - Group Head of Business development
Kevin joined SerCom Solutions from Ire-Tex packaging where he was General Manager. Prior to Ire-Tex Kevin worked as a Production Manager at AST Computer, with responsibility for Notebooks and Servers. At AST Kevin was responsible for setting up single station build and test for notebooks.

Kevin joined the Avionics manufacturer, Ferranti, Edinburgh, in 1980, moving to GEC-Marconi in Edinburgh, where he managed a production contract for the supply of Radars for the UK navy helicopter, EH101. He led a cross-functional Team of Designers, Production, Test and Process Engineers whilst setting up the Production process. Kevin is a graduate of University of Limerick and holds a Manufacturing Fellowship from Cranfield University.



Eddie Gorman - Group Operations Manager
Joined sercom solutions in 1991 as quality / production engineer and worked both in its print and assembly divisions. During the early stages of his career eddie concentrated on process improvement / WCM development and was a key member of the startup team for operations in Scotland. In 1998 eddie was promoted to Manufacturing System Engineer and also managed the introduction of an ERP IT system at our Dublin plant. After a successful implementation, Eddie took the role of Engineering Manager and joined our management team. Since then Eddie has managed two startup operations in the U.S. And has most recently taken up the role of Operations Manager at our Limerick plant. Eddie is a graduate of Carlow Institute of Technology with a Certificate and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Degree in Production Engineering.
